focused on high-quality drink preparation, maintaining cafe standards, and providing friendly, efficient service that

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coffee Quality & Service
Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based and specialty coffee drinks to a premium standard.
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and speed of service.
Follow recipes, dial-in procedures, and service guidelines set by the Head Barista.
Ensure the cafe counter is clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
Customer Experience
Provide warm, friendly, and professional service to all our members and guests.
Build rapport with members while maintaining a polished, premium demeanour.
Support a welcoming, community-focused cafe environment.
Operational Duties
Assist with stock replenishment and inventory support.
Maintain high hygiene standards, following all food safety procedures.
Operate tills, process payments.
Support daily opening and closing routines.
Report equipment or maintenance issues promptly. JAB | SW1 London
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Teamwork & Collaboration
Work closely with the Club Manager, Head Barista and wider cafe team to ensure smooth operations.
Attend training sessions and contribute to ongoing skill development.
Support colleagues during busy periods with proactive, positive teamwork.
REQUIREMENTS
What we require for the role:
1+ years experience
Food Safety Certificate Level 2 & Health and Safety Certificate
Fluent in English
Strong specialty coffee knowledge (dial-ins, grinders, extraction theory, latte art)
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maximise relationships within a diverse team
A passion for people, with a natural ability to build rapport with whoever walks through the door
Organised, driven and reliable
Able to work weekends and bank holidays
Experience in a premium hospitality environment (gym, hotel, boutique cafe, members club preferred).
