We're opening a new kind of Dr. Martens store -- one that blends retail, culture, and community. As part of this, we're launching a cafe space that reflects the same spirit as our boots: bold, crafted, and full of character. We're looking for Baristas who bring energy, personality, and pride to every cup.

Barista - London Brewer St

Serve high-quality coffee using premium beans and equipment, with care and consistency.

Support light food prep and service, maintaining high hygiene and presentation standards.

Create a welcoming, inclusive cafe environment that reflects the spirit of Dr. Martens.

Flex between cafe and retail space when needed, supporting activations and customer experience.

Bring energy and storytelling to every interaction -- whether it's about coffee or culture.
