What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of barista experience in a busy cafe environment.
Confidence in dialing in espresso, steaming milk, and creating quality drinks with consistency.
A friendly, professional attitude with a genuine love for customer experience.
A strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
The ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
