Embankment Cafe are on the lookout for the best in hospitality to join our team.
It is vital that our Baristas support our Head Barista/Manager and the whole team to ensure that all customers have an enjoyable experience and that the Company's values and vision are delivered every day.
DUTIES
Serve customers in a polite and professional manner, ensuring that the customer experience is to the highest level Take pride in understanding customers' individual needs and respond to customer needs effectively Be knowledgeable and confident about all products sold Prepare products in line with health & safety guidelines Order, receive and distribute stock supplies Work with your team to maintain health & safety and cleanliness across the store Attend, participate in and contribute to briefings and team meetings Demonstrate a positive approach to own role and teamwork helping to create a welcoming and friendly environment
REPORTING AND RESPONSIBILITY:
Adhere to all company rules, regulations and procedures Ensure all health and safety requirements are adhered to Communicate any potential problems to the Head Barista/Manager Perform any reasonable task as directed by manager

Schedule:
Monday to Friday Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
