Barista

to join our beautiful site team in

London

.

Location: EC1A 4AB

Salary: 13.85 per hour, overtime is paid at x1.5 23.04

Working Pattern: 40hours per week - Monday- Friday

Your key responsibilities will include:

Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers Work closely with the General Manager to support smooth daily operations, mentor junior staff, and help manage peak service with precision Ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness and tidiness are adhered to at all times Maintaining food standards during breakfast, lunch and events Responsible for receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards) Be an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation and presentation techniques Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs Representing CH&CO and maintaining a positive brand image Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards Complying with Health & Safety regulations

Our ideal Barista will:

Have interest in coffee and food Be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationships Have previous experience in delivering high level of customer service Strive for excellence in an eager and motivated manner Take initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers Have Hands-on experience with brewing equipment Possess the ability to work under pressure Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability
