Summary

We are seeking a passionate Barista to join our dynamic team at The Genuine Dining Co. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing excellent customer service in a vibrant environment. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for serving the best food and drinks while ensuring a fun atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other drinks according to company standards. Ensure all food safety regulations are followed during preparation and service. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and taking their orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area. Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing. A passion for coffee and customer service.
