Mokoko Coffee & Bakery is launching its sixth spot, and we want you to be part of the magic!

We're incredibly excited to be setting up shop at the stunning and historical 'Spitfire Hangar' in Filton, Bristol. At Mokoko, we're all about doing things with care. We champion the idea that the simplest things are often the most beautiful, which shines through in everything we create from our hand-crafted sourdough to our expertly made espresso shots. With established locations across Bristol, Bath, and Portishead, we're ready to bring our passion for quality, community, and creativity to the vibrant new neighbourhood of Brabazon/The Spitfire Hangar!

Baristas

We're looking for passionate Baristas to join us in our new bakery coming soon at Brabazon, Filton, Bristol.

We are looking for a dedicated team of Baristas who are passionate about coffee, great food and great people.

The role is a service based role and really is simply about enjoying the interaction with customers whilst serving some stunning baked products and amazing coffee/signature drinks. The usual hospitality tasks form part of the day, from maintaining a clean environment to following all compliance and health & safety standards set out by the company.
