We are now looking for a part-time Barista to join our close-knit team and support the continued growth of Cafe Utopia within the Kingsway Centre.

The Role

This role is perfect for someone who loves hospitality, values quality, and enjoys working within a creative, design-led cafe environment. You will play a hands-on role in creating exceptional guest experiences from the moment customers arrive.

Your day will include:

Crafting consistently high-quality coffees, hot drinks, and cold beverages Delivering warm, attentive customer service and genuine hospitality Preparing light dishes such as artisan toasties and baked goods Maintaining a polished and organised environment, ensuring the cafe always looks welcoming Operating till systems, handling payments, and serving confidently Keeping equipment clean, calibrated, and well maintained Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth service Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are upheld at all times

About You

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, takes pride in presentation, and thrives in a well-organised environment.

You will be someone who is:

Experience as a barista or within hospitality is desirable, though training will be provided for the right person.
