Job Summary

As a Barista, you will be the face of our Brunch service, responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service. Your role will involve preparing and serving a variety of drinks, maintaining cleanliness in the workspace, and ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile. You will play a crucial part in creating a welcoming atmosphere while adhering to food safety standards.

Duties

Prepare and serve a range of coffee and tea beverages to customers. Operate coffee machines and other equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including equipment and utensils. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety guidelines. Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance with menu selections. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management as required.

Skills

Strong time management skills to ensure timely service during busy periods. Experience in food preparation is advantageous, with knowledge of food safety practices being essential. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members. A helpful attitude towards both customers and colleagues, fostering a positive team environment.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.50-16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
