We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Your ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and provide exceptional customer service will be essential in ensuring a delightful experience for our customers

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Manage and assist with food preparation from our all day menu, ensuring all items are made to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to food safety guidelines at all times. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions and operate the till with basic math's skills to ensure correct payments. Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Provide help and support to colleagues as required, fostering a positive team environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Barista is essential. Previous experience in a busy kitchen preparing food is essential. Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Basic math's skills for handling transactions accurately. A passion for coffee culture and customer service is highly desirable. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Pay: 12.92-13.32 per hour
