We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality beverages. Your expertise in coffee preparation and food safety will ensure that our customers enjoy a delightful experience every time they visit.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety standards Assist in food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, while adhering to hygiene regulations Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders accurately and efficiently Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment

Requirements

Previous barista experience is preferred; further training will be provided Strong understanding of food safety practices Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing orders Excellent time management skills to balance multiple tasks efficiently Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment A friendly demeanour with strong communication skills for effective customer interaction

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.60-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
