We're a barista to join our team at Kilver Court.

Located in Shepton Mallet, Kilver Court offers a unique experience for visitors, combining retail, gardens and a cafe.

Kilver Court is a vibrant destination that showcases exquisite retail offerings and beautiful gardens.

As a Barista, you'll be at the heart of the daily operations at Kilver Court's Cafe, crafting high-quality coffee and beverages while providing a warm and welcoming experience for every guest. Your duties will include preparing and serving coffee, teas, and other drinks, assisting with light food service, accurately handling sales transactions, keeping the coffee station and cafe area clean and well-stocked, and ensuring smooth service from open to close. Your passion for great coffee and friendly service will help create a memorable cafe experience for our visitors.

This role is on a casual basis however looking in the region of 12-30 hrs a week, but we're looking for someone flexible and willing to take on additional shifts during busy periods or to support the team when needed. Ideally, you'll have some front-of-house experience and feel confident delivering excellent customer service and handling sales. Experience in a kitchen environment would be a plus, as there may be times when you're asked to assist with basic food preparation..
