Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Barista to join our team for 1 or 2 days a week (including a weekend day) in our converted horse box. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a passion for coffee, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whether that's working alone or alongside another member of the team. As we are situated next to the river ideally we are looking for someone who doesn't mind the elements as sometimes we can be a bit exposed.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the POS system
- Ensure that all beverages are made to a consistent standard
- Provide friendly customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the trailer
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
