We are opening our new branch in Slough! We are seeking passionate and dedicated Baristas to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and customer service, ensuring that every beverage is crafted to perfection while providing an exceptional experience for our customers. As a Barista, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks Ensure all food safety guidelines are adhered to during food preparation and serving Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, including equipment and utensils Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic math skills Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages

Qualifications

Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders Excellent time management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
