We are seeking a passionate and dedicated experience Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while delivering exceptional service and high-quality beverages. Your expertise in food preparation and commitment to food safety will ensure that every drink served meets our standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety standards Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering queries about menu items Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service Operate coffee machines and other equipment safely and efficiently Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift

Requirements

Previous experience in food preparation or as a Barista is preferred but not essential Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing orders Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
