Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, adhering to food safety standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all items are fresh and presented well. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate till operations. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure supplies are always available. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Proficient in food preparation techniques, with an eye for detail in presentation. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing cash effectively. Excellent time management abilities to ensure timely service during busy periods. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
