We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional customer experience by preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment while ensuring adherence to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items are fresh and presented attractively Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including equipment and utensils Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently Handle cash transactions and operate the till with basic math skills Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods

Qualifications

Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable Strong serving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Excellent time management abilities to balance multiple tasks effectively A positive attitude, team spirit, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
