Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, hours between 7:00am - 4:30pm

Salary: 12.60 per hour

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Baristas to join our team in Stevenage. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment where no two days are the same. If you're passionate about great coffee and great service, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Preparing and serving a range of hot and cold drinks, including artisan and speciality beverages Providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and offering menu suggestions Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in all work and service areas Receiving and processing customer payments efficiently and accurately Managing stock - ordering, receiving, and distributing supplies

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of experience working as a Barista in a busy cafe or coffee shop environment A team player with a can-do attitude and strong multitasking abilities Confident in working under pressure and delivering exceptional customer service
