Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and speciality drinks, adhering to company standards. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and dining area in compliance with food safety standards. Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system with accuracy. Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation throughout shifts. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing excellent service to enhance their experience. Follow health and safety regulations related to food handling and hygiene practices.

Skills

Proven

Barista experience

or familiarity with coffee preparation techniques is desirable. Knowledge of

food safety

standards and procedures. Experience in

customers in a fast-paced environment. Ability to perform

tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Basic
