MR ODIE'S is a small independent coffee shop in Stratford-upon-Avon. We offer specialty coffee, creative atmosphere, and love for arts, films, and books.
The Role:
We're looking for a passionate and creative individual to join our team. You'll help deliver high-quality coffee and drinks, support light food service, and contribute to the vibrant, artistic atmosphere of MR ODIE'S. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, explore the world of coffee, and share our love for film, arts, and music with our community.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages Assist with light food preparation and presentation Engage with customers, providing a friendly and welcoming experience Support and participate in creative events, workshops, and community activities Contribute ideas to enhance our cafe culture and customer experience
Who We're Looking For:
Passionate about coffee and skilled in latte art Creative, with a genuine love for films, arts, and books Friendly, approachable, and community-oriented Reliable, enthusiastic, and a team player A dog lover :)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 12.21-12.80 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
