Job Description
We look for a Barista with strong coffee skills and front of house experience. You support the service team and help deliver smooth operations.
Your responsibilities
Prepare espresso drinks with consistent quality
Welcome guests and take orders
Serve food and drinks with a professional attitude
Keep the bar area clean and organised
Work with the waiter and host team during busy periods
Support basic bar duties when needed
Follow hygiene and allergen rules at all times
Requirements
Experience as a Barista
Confident with customer service
Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure
Good communication in English
Italian speaker preferred
Flexible to work evenings and weekends

Qualifications
Previous
barista experience
is a must. Knowledge offood safety
standards and procedures is advantageous. Experience inserving
customers in a fast-paced environment is preferred. Basicfood preparation
skills are beneficial for creating beverages and light snacks. Goodtime management
skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Basicmaths
skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Friendly, approachable attitude with excellent communication skills. Ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing priorities.
