Essential Criteria:
1 year barista experience in busy coffee shop Knowledge of dialling in a mythos grinder Good standard of latte art Flexible to work on a Friday and Saturday Proven track record of Customer Care
Desirable Criteria:
2 years barista experience in busy coffee shop SCAE qualification Experience of serving food
