Summary
We are seeking a passionate Barista to join our team at Casa Caffe. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks while ensuring customer satisfaction. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing our reputation for quality and service.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a range of coffee beverages to customers with precision and care.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to food safety standards.
Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
Engage with customers to provide excellent service and address their needs.
Delivering food and beverages when required.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
Strong time management skills to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
A passion for coffee and customer service.
