Ware Cafe is a warm, family-run cafe in the heart of Ware town. We pride ourselves on offering high-quality coffee, fresh food, and friendly service in a relaxed and welcoming environment. We're looking for a passionate and reliable Barista to join our team and help us continue delivering a great experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee drinks Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including equipment and seating areas Provide friendly, attentive customer service and build rapport with regular customers Take orders accurately and handle payments via till and card machine Assist in food preparation and serving as needed Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels Work as part of a close-knit team and support daily cafe operations

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not essential -- full training provided Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team player Passion for coffee and quality service
