Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Ensure adherence to food safety standards and maintain a clean work environment. Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and efficiently while providing recommendations when needed. Handle food preparation tasks, including baking pastries or preparing light snacks as required. Operate coffee machines and equipment safely and effectively. Maintain inventory levels of supplies and communicate any shortages to management. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Skills

Previous barista experience is essential; training will be provided to use our equipment. Strong understanding of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers accurately. Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere. We require someone with previous Barista experience, is local and can start straight away.
