Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, while adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and support each other in daily tasks.

Skills

Strong understanding of food safety practices to ensure the health and well-being of customers. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours. Proficient in basic maths for handling cash transactions and calculating change accurately. Experience in food preparation is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. A friendly demeanour with strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 18 per week
