We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our FINCA team in creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and food preparation, along with a genuine love for coffee and cafe culture. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and providing outstanding service to our guests. The confidence to work independently is essential.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including equipment maintenance and food safety compliance.
Engage with customers to provide excellent service, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations based on their preferences.
Requirements
Previous barista experience or relevant experience in the food service industry is required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
Ability to work independently.
