We are currently recruiting for two experienced baristas to work in our restaurant, Meadow Croft Kitchen. These roles are available as part-time positions, working on a rota basis to include alternate weekends. Summary

We are seeking a passionate Barista to join our team at Meadow Croft Garden Centre. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages and providing outstanding customer service in our popular restaurant. Your contributions will help create a welcoming atmosphere for our visitors.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages to customers. Ensure adherence to food safety standards and maintain cleanliness in the work area. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and responding to their needs. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service. Assist with food preparation as needed, including pastries and light snacks. Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining experience for all guests.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred. Strong understanding of food safety practices. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently. A passion for coffee and customer service is essential.
