Job Overview

We are looking for 2 people to join our team of Baristas in our new Winchester branch. We are in the process of building a team of passionate and enthusiastic staff who will need equally passionate and enthusiastic Baristas! Our shops are a mix of retail and hospitality and previous barista experience is essential. You need to have a passion for coffee and an eagerness for staying up to date with the latest trends. We want to build on our excellent reputation as an independent, eco-friendly brand who serve speciality coffee that is locally roasted.

Responsibilities

Consistently providing well-crafted, beautifully presented and perfectly extracted coffees and beverages. Oversee food preparation processes to guarantee compliance with food safety regulations. Ensuring that the store is clean, safe and presentable for customers. Maintain inventory control and ensure proper stock levels. Providing excellent customer service. Serving customers on the till and running food and drinks to tables.

Experience

Experience as a Barista in a fast paced environment is essential. An understanding of food safety standards. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.25 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
