Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a diverse range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, with precision and artistry. Take customer orders promptly, offering personalised recommendations tailored to their preferences and providing a memorable experience. Operate espresso machines and other brewing equipment proficiently to ensure the quality and consistency of each beverage. Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar area, adhering to strict hygiene standards and presentation guidelines. Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming patrons, addressing inquiries, and swiftly resolving any concerns that may arise.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred, demonstrating a deep understanding of coffee culture and beverage preparation techniques. Proficient knowledge of coffee brewing methods, various blends, and flavour profiles, enabling you to create remarkable coffee experiences. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders and prioritise tasks in a dynamic setting. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding meticulous attention to detail and quality standards. Familiarity with food safety regulations and adherence to strict hygiene practices to ensure the safety and well-being of customers and colleagues alike.
