Summary

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing our hospitality environment by providing exceptional coffee service and customer support, contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to staff and trainees. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and surrounding areas. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Collaborate with team members to create an engaging environment. Assist with food preparation as needed during training sessions. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies. Uphold food safety standards in all aspects of food and beverage service. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions. Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
