We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. You MUST have a minimum of 2 years barista experience working consistently for that duration of time in this position. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your role will require excellent knowledge of espresso machines and you must be able to maintain and respect the machine and your working environment ensuring that all health and safety standards are met. Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
Assist in food preparation, ensuring all items are made to the highest standards of quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, including equipment and utensils.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any queries or concerns.
Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of both customers and staff.
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments.
