We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and deliver outstanding service.
Handle food preparation tasks as required, including baking pastries and preparing snacks.
Maintain inventory levels of supplies and assist with restocking as needed.
Operate cash registers accurately and handle transactions efficiently.
Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Uphold the brand's standards in presentation and customer interaction.
Experience
Previous barista experience is highly desirable but not mandatory; we welcome enthusiastic individuals willing to learn.
Familiarity with food safety practices is essential to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
Experience in serving food and beverages in a fast-paced setting is an advantage.
Basic math skills are necessary for handling cash transactions accurately.
