Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient

Barista

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating high-quality beverages. This role involves preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold drinks, maintaining cleanliness standards, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all customers. Previous experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided to develop your skills in a fast-paced cafe setting.

Duties

Prepare and serve a range of beverages including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks according to company standards Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service Handle cash transactions and operate the till with precision Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas in compliance with food safety standards Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout shifts Provide friendly and attentive customer service to enhance the overall experience Follow food safety protocols at all times during food preparation and serving Assist in food preparation tasks when required, including light snack or pastry handling Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service

Requirements

Prior

barista experience

is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate Knowledge of
