The Role

As a Barista / Cafe All-Rounder, you'll be at the heart of everything we do. From making beautiful coffees and serving customers with a smile, to helping in the kitchen and keeping the cafe running smoothly -- no two days are the same. It's a hands-on role with lots of variety, and you'll be part of a supportive team that values creativity, hard work, and having fun.

Key Responsibilities

Make high-quality coffees and drinks with consistency and care Provide warm, friendly customer service -- always with a smile Support food preparation and presentation for the counter and menu Keep the cafe clean, tidy, and welcoming for every guest Assist with stock rotation, restocking, and minimising waste Pitch in wherever needed -- whether it's front of house or back of house Be part of the team hosting

What We're Looking For

Previous barista or cafe experience is essential - but regular coffee training is provided through our supplier, Round Hill Friendly, positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and upbeat Team player who's flexible and happy to get stuck in wherever needed Interest in food, coffee, and being part of a vibrant community cafe
