Join Our Community-Minded Cafe Team at Castell Coch!

We're looking for a

dedicated and enthusiastic Barista/All-Rounder

to join our friendly, community-focused team inside the beautiful Castell Coch. If you love providing

excellent customer service

and are eager to go the extra mile, we want to hear from you!

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a

Barista/All-Rounder

, you'll be involved in all aspects of running our busy coffee shop. This includes:

Crafting

high-quality coffees and hot drinks

. Taking customer orders and processing payments. Assisting with

food preparation

. Maintaining a

clean and sanitised

work environment and seating areas. Helping with

stock control and ordering

to ensure we're always well-supplied. Ensuring the coffee shop consistently meets our high standards.
Who We're Looking For

We need someone with

essential experience working in a cafe environment

, particularly with a knack for producing great coffee. You'll be a vital part of our small, friendly team, so a community-minded spirit is a huge plus!

Hours and What We Offer

We're looking for someone who can commit to

4-5 days a week

, ideally including at least

2-3 weekends per month

. Our operating hours will fluctuate between

9 AM - 5 PM and 9 AM - 6 PM

depending on the summer months. We're usually able to offer more shifts if you're looking for extra hours.

This role runs until

September 8th

, and we're ideally seeking someone who can work for the majority of this period. We're a

Living Wage employer

, paying accordingly.

Pay: From 13.00 per hour
