Barista and Front of House - Park Side Kitchen (Daytime-Focused)

Cardiff | Full-Time | Predominantly Day Shifts

About Us:

Park Side Kitchen is a fast-paced, high-quality brunch restaurant with two vibrant locations near central Cardiff. We serve elevated brunch dishes, thought provoking cocktails, specialty coffee, and laid-back good vibes - all delivered with pace, warmth, and energy.

We're now looking for a Baristas and Front of House staff to join our front of house team!

What You'll Do:

Craft high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other specialty beverages with precision and care Deliver outstanding customer service in a friendly and efficient manner Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting workspace Collaborate with our kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure a smooth and efficient operation Assist in training and mentoring new baristas and staff members Keep up-to-date with coffee trends and new brewing techniques Ensure proper handling and storage of coffee beans, syrups, and supplies

What We're Looking For:

At least 1-2 years of barista experience, ideally in a fast-paced, brunch or restaurant environment Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality role Proficiency in espresso machine operation, latte art, and coffee brewing techniques A friendly, positive attitude with a strong work ethic Strong multitasking abilities with great attention to detail Knowledge of food safety and cleanliness standards A passion for coffee and providing excellent customer service Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team Willing to work across multiple front-of-house areas to enhance guest experience
