Job Description

We are looking for a Barista/ All Rounder with experience of working in a fast paced environment.

Rate of pay depending age and experience.

The ideal candidates will have strong barista experience and passion for coffee and the industry, with a drive to grow within the company.

We are looking for a candidate with a warm personality and great attitude, proactive with an eye for quality, detail, speed and service.

-Developing and Maintaining expert knowledge of Coffee and other beverages and educating Customers and colleagues about these beverages.

-consistently providing well-crafted, beautifully presented and tasty beverages.

-taking orders and receiving payment

-speaking and interacting with both new and regular customers

-maintaining a clean and sanitised working environment

-following health and safety guidelines

-regularly performing stock checks in the coffee bar and placing new orders

-following recipes and presentations for beverage items.

-being aware of and following operational policies and procedures

-being punctual and maintaining regular and consistant attendance

-the ability to work flexible hours and shifts.

-contributing to a positive work environment

Job Type: Zero hours contract

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
