Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, adhering to food safety standards. Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items are fresh and presented attractively. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Operate cash registers and handle transactions efficiently, demonstrating basic math skills for accurate billing. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining quality standards.

Skills

Latte Art Skills! Previous barista experience is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of coffee brewing techniques. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Proficient in serving customers with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing change accurately. Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.
