Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced and enthusiastic Waiting Staff/Barista to join our team on a full time basis. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and producing quality hot beverages, and ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills and a strong understanding of food safety practices.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using basic maths skills to ensure correct billing. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety guidelines. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Clear tables efficiently and prepare them for the next guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of meals. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables effectively. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Basic maths skills for accurate order taking and billing. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests and team members. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: From 12.22 per hour
