We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team at Marldon Christmas Tree Farm.

This is a fast paced job so experience in this field is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers to make the festive period very special.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, ensuring food safety standards, and providing exceptional service to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including equipment and utensils. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards during food preparation and serving. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Handle cash transactions and maintain basic math skills for accurate till management. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.

Requirements

Previous barista essential Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain health standards. Strong serving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods effectively.

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
