About the Role

Lew's Coffee Shop is looking for an

experienced Barista

to join our friendly team on

Saturdays

at our busy Llandaff North & Gabalfa site. Saturdays are lively, so we're looking for someone who can confidently work in a fast-paced environment while still providing excellent customer service.

This role is ideal for someone already in Cardiff or moving here for university who's looking for weekend work in a welcoming, community-focused coffee shop.

Responsibilities

Prepare high-quality coffee, teas, and other drinks to our usual high standards Deliver friendly, attentive customer service and build rapport with regular customers Work efficiently during busy Saturday shifts Assist with cleaning, stock rotation, and general cafe upkeep Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations

What We're Looking For

Previous barista experience is essential

- must be able to hit the ground running Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic about providing great customer service

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.50 per hour
