Responsibilities

Prepare Halal-Friendly Drinks

Craft and serve mocktails, juices, smoothies, and specialty beverages using only halal-certified ingredients.

Maintain Cleanliness & Hygiene

- Keep the bar area spotless and follow strict food safety and hygiene protocols.

Know the Menu

- Understand drink recipes and ingredients thoroughly, and confidently explain them to guests.

Deliver Excellent Hospitality

- Engage guests with warmth and professionalism, offering personalized recommendations.

Manage Inventory

- Monitor stock levels, check halal certifications, and assist with ordering supplies.

Support the Team

- Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and uphold the restaurant's halal values..

Qualifications

Previous bartending experience is highly desirable, showcasing your familiarity with non alcoholic drinks and coffee.

Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards in the workplace.

Strong serving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and engagement.

Excellent time management abilities to ensure prompt service during busy periods.

A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well within a team environment are key attributes for success in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
