Overview

We are looking for hard working and quirky team player that can rustle up a mean flat white...latte art skills could be a deal clincher! We operate a busy and popular, town centre cafe and if you like good coffee, music and food then this job may be appealing.

Pay/hours; negotiable on experience/circumstance...we are flexible!

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Ensure all food safety standards are met during food preparation and serving. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including equipment and utensils. Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with their experience. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, applying basic maths skills as needed.

Requirements

Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively. Join us as we create delightful experiences one cup at a time!

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
