Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Assist with food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, while adhering to hygiene regulations. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a pleasant experience for all patrons. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive working environment.

Skills

Previous barista experience is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to craft quality beverages. Strong understanding of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and engagement. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow effectively.
