Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring consistency and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station, dining area, and equipment. Adhere to food safety standards and regulations during food preparation and serving. Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Participate in ongoing training to enhance barista skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

Previous barista experience is essential; a willingness to learn is key. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain health standards. Strong serving skills with an emphasis on customer interaction and satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent time management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work as part of a team.
