```Duties```
- Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
- Follow recipes and measurements to ensure consistent quality and taste
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure proper cooking
- Clean and maintain baking equipment, utensils, and work area
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of baking supplies

- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating recipe quantities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety guidelines
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate measurements and consistent results
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy baking equipment
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
