~Presentable: You are the face of Coffi Hq, so presenting yourself well is a must.

~Hard Working: On you feet all day, and keep the shop running and looking tip top.

~Driven & Initiative: You will need to think on your feet, on busy periods, handle the pressure of a busy shift.

~Cleanliness: An eye for detail, we expect exceptional cleanliness so must be happy to clean and maintain high standards.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Ensure food preparation meets safety and hygiene standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, including equipment and utensils. Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring that supplies are stocked and readily available. Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate records. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Demonstrate strong time management skills to meet customer demands promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in food preparation or a similar role is essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing inventory. Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. A friendly disposition with a willingness to help customers and colleagues alike. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 20 per week
