Job Description

Red Hotels are looking for a barista/bakery host to help join our fabulous team and support our Food & Beverage Managers deliver service excellence. We are seeking a charismatic and professional host to be the face of our bakery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and seat guests, ensuring an excellent first impression. Take accurate food and beverage orders, catering to guests' specific preferences and dietary requirements. Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining areas. Assist with the preparation and setup of dining areas for events and private functions. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role preferred. Delivery of exceptional hospitality in a warm and friendly manner Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A positive attitude and a team player mentality. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
