Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team at Oeuf!

As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing and serving high-quality beverages. Your expertise in coffee preparation and customer service will ensure that every guest has an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality. Operate coffee machines and other equipment safely and efficiently, performing basic maintenance as required. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain the till in accordance with company policies.

Skills

A passion for coffee culture, strong latte art and a willingness to learn about different speciality drinks and beverage recipes. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing orders effectively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers and team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
